Randall Kanter, the owner of Califon Consultants, LLC has been in New Jersey public education for over 35 years, 20 devoted to school personnel administration. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Mr. Kanter, went on to earn two master's degrees in education from Rutgers University. During his career, Mr. Kanter has served as a teacher, principal, director, and assistant superintendent. He has testified before the state legislature on funding issues, served as a contributing author on city district human resource operations for the Council of Great City Schools, and oversaw implementation of one of the largest central office reorganizations in recent New Jersey school history.
Harriet Bernstein has served as a New Jersey educator since 1968 including sixteen years as Assistant Superintendent for Personnel in a large Monmouth Country school district. She has been an active participant in personnel issues regarding tenure and seniority both in her district and on statewide committees. She has served as a consultant and was the recent president of Califon Consultants of NJ, LLC.
